Featured Cuisine: Ceviche (Belize)

 

Ingredients:

-1 lb. clean chopped seafood (conch and squid are the most recommended)

-2 oz. chopped onion

-1 small seedless chopped tomato

-1/2 chopped cucumber

-2 oz. chopped sweet pepper

-1 cup lime acid

 

Directions:

Marinate seafood in lime acid for about 2 hours. Then add chopped vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste. Optional: a small habanero pepper.
